Shipping

We only ship to the UK. We regret that we cannot deliver outside of the UK. Shipping withing the uk is by Royal Mail and larger items are handled by Parcelforce.

Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order. As we rely on the Royal mail for bulk of our deliveries our charges are and will mirror those of the Royal Mail. Allow 3 working days for shipping.

Returns

We always check and record condition of packages before shipping. If you suspect that your purchases have been damaged in transit, simply return it to us as soon as possible. We will then send a replacement chocolate delivery or refund your money. This does not affect you statutory rights.
